1. Payment Policy
To ensure the fastest processing of your order, we operate on a strict prepayment basis.

  • Prepayment Only: All orders must be paid in full before they are fulfilled.

  • No Cash on Delivery: Our couriers strictly do not handle cash or collect payments upon delivery.

2. Shipping & Delivery
We partner with a private, high-speed shipping service to deliver across all of Egypt.

  • Cairo, Giza & Lower Egypt: Delivered in less than 24 hours.

  • Upper Egypt: Delivered in less than 48 hours.

3. Return & Refund Policy
Returns and refunds are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and tags attached.

  • Requests made after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.
